What is a daylight bulb?

Daylight bulb gives off a much ‘whiter light’. Ordinary bulbs give off a slightly yellow glow. Our eyes adjust so you don’t really notice but you don’t see colour the same way that you would in daylight. So Daylight lamps produce a much whiter light than ordinary bulbs.

Benefit of a Daylight lamp

Because a daylight bulb produces a much more whiter light, you can see a much clearer colour spectrum. The colours you see are much more lifelike. This is perfect for artists and graphic designers. Artists are able to see much more detail using a daylight bulb.

A Daylight lamp can also reduce eye strain. So you’re more likely to be able to work for longer, especially when you find that groove and the last thing you want to do is stop.

Daylight lamps are more energy efficient than traditional lightbulbs so it can help you to reduce your energy bill.
