Our Terms & Conditions
The Following terms and conditions for the sale of goods will govern any contract of sale that Widespread Solutions Ltd (T/A GraphicAir) enter into with you. Please read carefully. Your statutory rights are not affected. GraphicAir is a trading style of Widespread Solutions Ltd.
Most of our orders are delivered to UK addresses within 2 days, but we suggest that you allow 7 days to allow for unforeseen circumstances. Spraybooth and Filtration cabinets are built to order and usually despatched within 7/10 days.
We base our delivery charges on Royal Mail and ANC and TNT rates, which includes postage, packing and insurance within the UK- mainland (Excl. Highlands and Islands of Scotland). Quotes for other areas are available on request. International orders are normally sent through Parcel Force and TNT and usually are recieved within 8 days of despatch
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. it will then be delivered as soon as ever possible once they come back in to stock. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If an item is out of stock that is part of a kit or set, GraphicAir may substitute a similar item of at least the same value. We would not expect any of the substitutions to cause any significant inconvenience or disappointment. However, if you return the substituted item in un-used condition we will offer other substitutes or send the usual set item as soon as stock is available. If you are a consumer you have the right to return the set or kit for a full refund (see Cancellation below)
Claims for goods damaged or lost in transit:
Claims for damaged goods or missing items must be made to GraphicAir within 1 working days of receipt of the goods. Claims for missing parcels must be made within 7 working days after placing the order. In the case of damaged goods, inform us first within the 1 working days and then you have a reasonable period of time to return the goods by following the returns procedure.
We will replace the goods as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods. However, if you require replacements sooner you must place a new order and pay for the new goods. We will then refund the amount paid for the returned goods when we receive them. This policy helps us to keep track of the movement of goods.
In the case of lost or delayed parcels, we will take a reasonable time to track the parcel and establish its whereabouts. If the parcel is located we will arrange for it to be delivered to you as soon as possible. If it is deemed lost we will send replacement goods.
Legal Ownership of Goods:
Legal ownership of all goods does not pass from GraphicAir until payment is received in full.
If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full refund. You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire to cancel within seven working days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us. You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused, re-saleable condition and in their orginal packaging. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during transit. You are responsible for the goods, including the shipping costs, until they reach us.
GraphicAir shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within 30 days of receipt of cancellation in writing or electronic mail from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If the goods are returned in a used condition or not re-saleable condition and if GraphicAir are able to clean, service, repair or recondition an item to be re-saleable then we may, at our discretion, refund the money paid for the item minus a reasonable handling charge to cover servicing and administration costs. If we are unable to recondition an item then we will not refund the money for that item.

For orders made from the and shipped to the UK 20.0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . VAT, Duty and any clearance charge etc will be liable for by the purchaser.
International orders are accepted and will be sent via the cheapest possible courier. Please check local import regulations as customs charges and import taxes and duty may have to be paid. GraphicAir online we cannot be responsible for these.
Credit Card Security:
Please remember that our online store is fully secure to ensure that you can shop with confidence All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. The payment is taken in partnership with Sagepay payment gateway and NATWEST online secure payment server. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any problems with any of our products, we will try our best to sort it out ti your complete satisfaction. All goods are sold with the manufacturers standard guarantee unless stated otherwise.
Please note: For your conveninece we offer the option to view the order totals in Sterling, Euro or US dollar amounts. The rates are based on the prevailing rate on the day. All monies will eventually be taken in GBP Sterling and will show as such at the payment stage of check out and on your card statement.

Widespread Solutions Ltd do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please advise us of your complaint within 24 hours of reciept of the goods and return it to us within 7 days for a prompt exchange or full refund. Cost of return is to be met by the customer. Please remember to obtain Proof of Posting Certificate from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We will refund you, less the cost of our post and packing, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Replacement goods will be sent post free, should the original goods have been returned faulty. Shipping and Handling:
Orders over £100 excluding VAT are carriage free to the UK mainland, except for items sent by courier to Northern parts of Scotland. Orders under £100.00 are subject to carriage being charged depending on weight, value and hazardous items. A minimum charge applies of £4.50 excluding VAT to cover the administration, packaging and handling costs of small orders.

All orders must be paid for in advance of dispatched, except for those customers where written agreement exists between them and Widespread Solutions Ltd. All internet transactions will be undertaken by the use of a encrypted, secure payment service.
